Last reviewed: 27 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how the practice of Dr. Ayesha Jawed ("we", "us") handles personal information when you use this website or contact us to enquire about or book an appointment. We are committed to protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of any health information you share with us.
Information we collect
- Contact details you provide — such as your name, phone number and any message you send when you call, message us on WhatsApp, or request an appointment.
- Appointment details — the date, time and reason for your visit, where you choose to share it.
- Basic website analytics — anonymous, aggregated information such as pages visited, used only to improve the site.
Our free health tools (e.g. the due-date, ovulation, TDEE and child-growth calculators) run entirely in your browser. The values you enter are not transmitted, stored or saved by us in any form.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiries, schedule and manage appointments, and provide care. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties.
How we protect it
Clinical information is handled with the same medical confidentiality that applies to any consultation. We take reasonable organisational and technical measures to keep the information you share with us secure.
Third-party services
Messaging us via WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy. Embedded maps are provided by Google. We encourage you to review those providers' policies for details of how they process data.
Your choices
You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, or to request that we correct or delete it. Reach us by phone or WhatsApp at 0300-576-8525 or via our contact page.
